Today, Adnan Jašarević, director of Cantonal agency for Attracting investment with his team visited the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) and held discussions with Director Tahir Taslaman regarding the collaboration between institutions aimed at attracting and accelerating the realization of investments in Canton Sarajevo.
During the meeting, the results of both institutions’ work were presented, along with opportunities for capital raising and asset sales through the stock exchange. The need to improve joint efforts wasemphasized, particularly through the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation, which is expected in the near future. This agreement will cover knowledge exchange, education, and auction modalities for the sale of securities via the stock exchange, as well as joint promotion of the market and investments through the portals www.sase.ba and www.investinsarajevo.ba.
A particular focus of the discussions was on hybrid auctions for the sale of shares via the stock exchange, in order to plan future activities. It was highlighted that sales through the stock exchange ensure key transparency and provide access to a broad range of investors.
