The Canton Sarajevo Agency for Investment Promotion and Privatization is a strategic partner in organizing the fourth edition of the Real Expo Sarajevo, an international trade and investment fair set to take place this year alongside the Halal Expo Sarajevo at the Skenderija Center. One of Sarajevo’s most significant business events will officially open tomorrow, June 17, at 10:00 AM and remain open to visitors until June 19.
A large number of exhibitors, investors, and companies from various sectors and dozens of countries are expected to attend. The Director of the Agency, Adnan Jašarević, emphasized the importance of showcasing Canton Sarajevo as a prime destination for business development and investment, in close partnership with event organizers.
“This is a great opportunity to connect directly with the business community and potential investors who are already showing interest in coming to Canton Sarajevo. We need to strengthen those ties and present our investment potential,” said Jašarević.
“There is clearly increased interest in investing in our Canton, and it is our responsibility to encourage that and offer all forms of assistance and support. We aim to present new measures and incentives from the government—particularly from the Canton Sarajevo Government and the Ministry of Economy—that facilitate business establishment and job creation. It’s important we send a message of stability and economic focus,” he added.
A unique aspect of this year’s Real Expo is its simultaneous organization with the Halal Expo Sarajevo 2025, which will gather leading companies, investors, and experts from the global halal industry. The event will place particular emphasis on participation from the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
More than 20 countries will be represented by international, regional, and domestic exhibitors showcasing halal-certified products and services. Attendees will also engage in B2B meetings, making this event an ideal platform for networking with potential clients and partners.
The Halal Expo Sarajevo 2025 is organized in partnership with the Agency for Halal Quality Certification of Bosnia and Herzegovina – part of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina – and in collaboration with leading international halal industry partners from across the globe.
