From August 6th to 8th this year, Sarajevo will host the third International Construction and Real Estate Investment Fair – “Real Expo Sarajevo 2024,” aimed at investors, development sectors, particularly construction, manufacturing, sustainable development, and mobility.
The Cantonal Agency for Investment Promotion and Privatization (KAIP) is a partner in this two-day international event, which will take place at the “Hotel Hills.”
A large number of foreign and domestic investors, entrepreneurs, as well as officials, are expected to attend. During the two days of the open fair, numerous direct meetings and discussions between government representatives and investors will be held.
Adnan Jašarević, the director of KAIP, emphasizes that the agency’s goal is to present various potentials and incentives for new investments in the Canton of Sarajevo during the highly attended fair, in direct contact with potential and already realized investors.
“We have recognized the opportunity to open another very substantial and significant communication channel to potential investors during ‘Real Expo Sarajevo’ and attract them to invest their capital in the Canton of Sarajevo. We want to present not only the attractive business climate and very specific development projects, the new Law on Public-Private Partnership but also a range of serious incentives for investments in various areas. Additionally, our mission is to support investors in overcoming the challenges they face, and this will be an opportunity to hear their side as well,” said Jašarević.
Real Expo Sarajevo will take place from August 6th to 8th, 2024. The fair is open to visitors from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
According to the organizers, this fair represents an ideal annual opportunity for entrepreneurs and companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region to promote new projects, exchange knowledge and experiences, as well as establish business contacts with potential foreign investors and clients, especially from the Middle East.
The fair will include European international exhibitors from the sustainable living technology sector, including smart building, renewable energy, and e-mobility, as well as exhibitors from the construction sector, such as building materials, construction work, and furniture.
